She does believe in ethics, and says that selfishness would make the world a better place, though she never explains why in this book. She also married a bit-part actor called Frank O’Connor because he was ‘beautiful’ – and because her original visitor’s visa had run out.
Books by Ayn Rand. This is the lowest score I’ve yet given a book on this website; it’s rare that Lw can’t find something of significance to appreciate in any of the books I read.
